目的:利用丹皮酚在超微电极上的电化学行为,建立快速准确的丹皮酚检测新方法,监控丹皮酚软膏质量。方法:以无水乙腈-0.01mol·L-1NaOH水溶液为提取液,超声提取丹皮酚软膏中的丹皮酚,使用超微电极、快速方波伏安扫描(SWV)技术进行电化学检测。结果:可获得丹皮酚的重现性良好的氧化峰,该峰电流与丹皮酚的浓度在1.0×10-3~5.0×10-7mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:I=4.083×103C+0.002(r=0.9997),检出限为1.0×10-7mol.L-1。结论:该方法快速准确,检测灵敏度高,重复性好,仪器便携性好,在生产实时监控及微芯片分析等方面有诱人的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid and accurate method for the detection of paeonol by using the electrochemical behavior of paeonol on ultramicroelectrodes, and to monitor the quality of paeonol ointment. Methods: An aqueous acetonitrile-0.01mol·L-1NaOH aqueous solution was used as the extract to extract paeonol from paeonol ointment ultrasonically. The electrochemical detection was performed using ultramicroelectrode and fast square wave voltammetry (SWV). Results: A good reproducible oxidation peak of paeonol was obtained. The peak current showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of paeonol in the range of 1.0×10-3 to 5.0×10-7 mol.L-1. The equation is: I=4.083×103C+0.002 (r=0.9997). The detection limit is 1.0×10-7 mol.L-1. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate, with high detection sensitivity, good repeatability, good instrument portability, and attractive application prospects in production real-time monitoring and microchip analysis.
