197726型货车轴承在厂修或段修中,有相当比例的滚子因变色而报废。本文对各类不同变色程度的滚子进行了多方面的实验研究。确认滚子变色是因滚动表面生成了一层氧化膜(最厚不超过1μm)所致,是在载荷作用下滚子表面发生局部塑性变形,伴随着温度升高而逐渐氧化生成的。显微组织的变质层厚度最严重者达6μm。实验分析数据可以为变色滚子的修复提供必要的依据。
