一、情况介绍我厂进口的一台M5355重型滚齿机从安装到运行才两年多,蜗轮副就产生严重磨损,直接影响到工件的加工质量,因此,必须进行维修。由于M5355滚齿机分度蜗轮直径大,达3800mm(采用铬钨钛铜铁合金),制造困难;而蜗杆直径206mm(采用40铬钢),制造较容易。因此,决定采取单配蜗杆的办法来解决蜗轮副的磨损。另外,又考虑到为了保护好蜗轮,尽量延长蜗轮的使用寿命,选用的蜗杆材质应比蜗轮材料软。我们对多种材料进行比较后,决定用夹布胶木
