以磷钨酸(PW_(12))和劳氏紫(TH)为原料,采用直接沉淀技术制备了(TH)_3PW_(12)复合材料。对所得材料进行了红外光谱的表征,考察了复合材料投加量、吸附时间和亚甲基蓝浓度对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附动力学和热力学特性进行了探讨。结果表明,亚甲基蓝的去除率随催化剂质量的增加而升高,而平衡吸附量却急剧减小。随亚甲基蓝初始浓度的增加,其去除率呈下降趋势;吸附量随吸附时间先急剧上升,随后变化趋于平缓。复合吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的吸附满足Langmiur等温吸附方程,吸附动力学曲线符合准二级动力学模型。
(TH) _3PW_ (12) composites were prepared by direct precipitation using phosphotungstic acid (PW_ (12)) and Loushium violet (TH) as raw materials. The obtained material was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of the dosage of composite materials, adsorption time and methylene blue concentration on the adsorption performance were investigated. The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic properties were also discussed. The results showed that the removal rate of methylene blue increased with the increase of catalyst mass, but the equilibrium adsorption decreased sharply. With the increase of initial concentration of methylene blue, the removal rate showed a downward trend; the amount of adsorption increased sharply with the adsorption time, then the change tended to be gentle. The adsorption of methylene blue by the composite adsorbent satisfies the Langmiur isothermal adsorption equation, and the adsorption kinetic curve follows the quasi-second-order kinetic model.
