目的了解临沭县医疗机构的消毒工作状况。方法化学消毒剂染菌量测定及物体表面和医护人员手污染监测方法。结果常用的消毒剂合格率逐年有所提高,医院各类物体表面的合格率逐年有所下降,医务人员手的合格率逐年有所提高,县级医院的合格率较乡镇级医院的合格率高。结论医院应合理正确使用消毒剂。
Objective To understand the disinfection of Linshu medical institutions. Methods of chemical disinfectant bacterial count and the surface of the hand and health care workers monitoring methods of contamination. Results The pass rate of commonly used disinfectants increased year by year. The passing rate of various types of objects in hospitals decreased year by year. The passing rate of medical staff increased year by year. The pass rate of county hospitals was higher than that of township hospitals . Conclusion The hospital should reasonably and correctly use disinfectants.
