开发了一种热带钢轧机断面形状测量系统。该系统由两台高精度测厚仪和一台控制计算机组成。测厚仪安装在精轧机出口侧。目前,日本的许多热轧宽带钢轧机上都安装了这种系统,获得了改善质量、提高轧机效率等效果。
Developed a hot strip mill section shape measurement system. The system consists of two high-precision thickness gauge and a control computer. Thickness gauge installed in the finishing mill export side. At present, this system is installed on many hot-rolled wide strip mills in Japan and has the effect of improving quality and increasing mill efficiency.
