工程技术研究院固井工程所设计出一种新型的水泥浆沉降稳定性测试装置。该装置能与API水泥高温高压养护釜配套使用,能模拟实际井下高温高压条件;它采用多筒组合式,测试结果具有可比性、可靠性和可重复性。此外该装置还具有以下特点:最大限度地利用养护釜空间,置放平稳,不会倾覆;结合部位由单面结合改造成三面结合,消除了漏浆;装置基座扩大并和双筒结合,提高了基底稳定性,上盖有排浆孔,下底有隔膜板,易于脱模;测试采用三次搅拌法,使用筒内搅拌器,水泥浆密度均匀;采用浸蜡技术,避免水进入水泥石孔隙中,水泥石体积真实,同时试验校正了浸蜡造成的体积误差;密度测试精度为0.001g/cm~3,比Bp装置提高了一个数量级;由测一个物理参数(自由液),变成测两个物理参数(自由液和固体沉降),提高了实验的仿真性。用该装置测定了几种水泥浆体系的沉降稳定性,评价了外加剂对水泥浆沉降稳定性的影响。
