目的研究寒凉性中药对正常动物机体状态的影响。方法取雄性SD大鼠24只,分为寒性中药组、对照组。寒性中药组灌胃寒凉中药(黄连、黄芩、黄柏1:1:1),观察大鼠一般体征;放射免疫法检测血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT3)、皮质酮/肾上腺酮(CORT)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP);紫外分光光度法测17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)、血糖(GLU)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿酸(UA)谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌苷(CRE)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白uG(IgG)、补体C3、补体C4。结果与对照组比较,寒凉中药组大鼠出现活动减退现象,肛温明显降低;血清T3、CORT含量明显降低,17-ohcs含量有降低趋势;血浆cAMP含量、cAMP/cGMP值明显降低。物质代谢和肝肾功能的指标变化不明显。结论寒凉中药作用于正常机体,可使动物体重、甲状腺、肾上腺皮质功能低下,类似于临床虚寒状态,并体现寒凉类中药寒凉耗损机体阳气的药性特点。
Objective To study the influence of cold medicine on the normal animal body. Methods Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups: cold Chinese medicine group and control group. Cold Chinese herbs group were given chilly traditional Chinese medicine (Coptis chinensis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Cortex phellodendri chinensis 1: 1: 1) to observe the general signs of rats; Radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum T3, T4, (RT3), cortisone / CORT, cAMP, cGMP and 17-OHCS were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, GLU, TG, TC, TP, ALB, UA GPT, GOT, urea nitrogen BUN, CRE, IgM, IgG, complement C3, complement C4. Results Compared with the control group, rats in the cold-blooded group had decreased activity and the rectal temperature decreased significantly. Serum T3 and CORT contents were significantly decreased and the content of 17-ohcs decreased. The plasma levels of cAMP and cAMP / cGMP were significantly decreased. Substance metabolism and liver and kidney function indicators did not change significantly. CONCLUSIONS: Cold and cold herbs act on the normal body, which can make animals lose body weight, thyroid and adrenal cortex, which is similar to the clinical deficiency cold state, and reflect the medicinal characteristics of cold and cold type of traditional Chinese medicine.
