积极心理品质是个体思想、情感和行为等方面正向、主动的心理品质,如自信、进取、挑战、执着、奉献、宽容等。培养学生积极心理品质是每个教育者的重要职责。党的十八大报告明确指出:“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。”在教育实践中,教师应该如何有效培养学生的积极心理品质呢?笔者看来,只要仔细观察,每个学生都拥有一定的积极心理品质,每个学生身上都有潜力存在,都存在一种积极向上的成长动力,通过自己的努力和外界的帮助,每个学生都可以比现在更好。如果能够发扬 Positive psychological quality is positive, active and psychological quality of individual thoughts, emotions and behaviors, such as self-confidence, progress, challenge, perseverance, dedication, tolerance and so on.
