为落实全国妇联、科技部与农业部关于“巾帼现代农业科技示范基地创建”的精神,引领妇女在都市型现代农业和新农村建设中发挥重要作用,从2012年起,北京市妇联、市科委、市农委在全市开展了“首都巾帼现代农业科技示范基地”创建活动,围绕“扶持专业合作组织就是扶持农业”的理念,在大力发展妇女农民专业合作社的同时,按照“示范一批、完善一批、提高一批、发展一批”的思路,围绕重大项目、特色产业,引导农村妇女和农村各类经营主体创办有组织制度、有合作手段、有较大规模、有明显效益的“四有型”专业合作社,引导、协助符合条件的合作社向现代农业科技示范基地发展,并联系协助其它部门从登记、税收以及金融政策等方面给予大扶持力度,为推进农业现代化进程、促进农村妇女增收致富发挥了积极作用。
