《中国特殊教育》杂志是由中华人民共和国教育部主管，中央教育科学研究所主办，中央教科所心理与特殊教育研究部编辑出版的我国特殊教育领域唯一核心学术期刊。两年来在杂志社全体工作人员的努力下，杂志质量不断提升，在核心期刊中的排序上升了十个名次。为把杂志办得更好，
China Special Education Magazine is the only core academic journals in special education field in China that is sponsored by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and sponsored by the Central Institute of Educational Sciences and published by the Department of Psychology and Special Education of the Central Institute of Education. In the past two years, with the efforts of all staff of the magazine, the quality of the magazine has been continuously improved and the rankings in the core journals have risen by ten rankings. To make magazines better,
