2011年以来,我国部分地区降雨不均,从年初到6月初很长的一段时间里,长江中下游地区降水严重偏少,江河湖水不足,水位持续偏低,江苏、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南等地遭受不同程度旱灾,茶叶生产受到不同程度的影响。6月3日以后,根据中央电视台气象预报,长江中下游地区出现了较强降水过程,江西中北部、湖南中部、贵州东部、安徽南部、浙江西部、湖北东南部等地部分地区降大到暴雨,局部地区降大暴雨。6月中旬,前期大旱的省份旱情基本结束,部分地区防汛防洪形势严峻。
