It is confirmed that Takens’ theory of embedding and reconstruction extends to the time-varying chaotic system when observer-based approach is adopted.Lur e system has been specially considered.As an example of application, we discuss that in the absence of channel noise and distortion, Restoration of Information Signal Based on Chaos Communication System.
