针对CCSAH36船板钢冲击试验后试样断口出现分层的现象,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对典型断口分层试样进行试验分析。通过对显微组织、断口形貌观察以及分层附近区域分析观察,对船板钢冲击断口分层的形成机理以及影响因素进行探讨。结果表明,该种分层与心部合金元素偏析严重形成的带状组织有关,并提出相应的改善方法。
According to the phenomenon of stratified specimen fracture after impact test of CCSAH36 shipbuilding ship, the typical fracture stratified specimens were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. Through the observation of the microstructure, the fracture surface morphology and the analysis of the vicinity of the stratified layer, the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the impact fracture layer of the shipboard steel were discussed. The results show that this kind of stratification is related to the serious formation of banded structure of the heart alloying elements, and the corresponding improvement methods are put forward.
