目的探讨卵巢黄体破裂的超声诊断价值,应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,分析黄体囊肿破裂的声像图特点,探讨其诊断卵巢黄体破裂的临床价值。方法通过对手术病理证实的78例卵巢黄体囊肿破裂声像图回顾性分析。结果本组病例与手术病理对照,总符合率96%,不符合率为4%。结论超声对卵巢黄体囊肿破裂的诊断,准确可靠。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of corpus luteum rupture in ovariectomized rats. Color Doppler echocardiography was used to analyze the echographic features of corpus luteum cyst rupture. Methods Retrospective analysis of 78 cases of ruptured ovarian luteal cysts confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results The group of cases and surgical pathology control, the total coincidence rate of 96%, the non-compliance rate of 4%. Conclusion The diagnosis of ovarian luteal cyst rupture by ultrasound is accurate and reliable.
