山区是我省的林、特主要基地,同时具有发展畜牧业的优势。而粮食状况如何?对开发山区,发展林、特、牧业生产,加速农业现代化建设关系极大。农村生产体制改革后,山区粮食生产有很大的好转。但在一些边远、穷困地区,因受资源条件限制,粮食增长速度慢。全省还有部分地区的人民温饱问题没有解决。山区要解决好粮食问题,应当依靠自己,提高土地生产力,靠外地调运既不合算也不可能。
Mountain is the province’s forest, especially the main base, at the same time the advantages of the development of animal husbandry. And what is the state of grain? There is a great relationship between the development of mountainous areas, the development of forestry, special breeding and animal husbandry and the acceleration of agricultural modernization. After the reform of the rural production system, the grain production in the mountainous areas has been greatly improved. However, in some remote and impoverished areas, due to resource constraints, the rate of grain growth is slow. There is still no solution to the problem of adequate food and clothing for the people in some areas in the province. In order to solve the grain issue in mountainous areas, we should rely on ourselves and improve the productivity of the land. It is neither economical nor possible for them to be transferred by other places.
