我曾有机会聆听冠军联盟两届秘书长聊起联盟的历史——他们两位恰是最初的一任和最新的一任:慕思集团总裁姚吉庆(联盟创始时任欧派集团营销总裁)、大自然品牌管理中心总经理管琪林。由于常常听说中国商场上各种联盟的短暂聚散,因此对能持续多年仍活力绽放的冠军联盟特别关注。对比其他联盟的问题,观察冠军联盟的实绩,再结合最新的动态情况,我基本归纳出了“‘冠军’何以成为冠军”的几点要义。
