随着我国社会经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,全社会对医疗卫生保健的需求也发生了变化。为了进一步了解中国农村居民对卫生服务的需求情况,探讨农村卫生资源占有、开发和利用规律,为制定农村卫生事业发展战略和发展规划提供科学依据,我们于1985年5月至11月,对全国农村医疗卫生服务现状进行了抽样调查。根据调查结果,对我国农村居民的医疗服务需求、医疗卫生服务利用、农村卫生资源做一分析。农村居民的医疗服务需求居民对医疗服务的需求主要取决于居民的患病水平。根据9省(区)农村居民慢性病患病率89.78‰,推算在全国农村居民
With the development of our society and economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for medical and health care in the entire society has also changed.
