宁夏石嘴山监狱自2005年4月13日成立以来,逐步形成了一系列富有特色、行之有效的教育改造新举措。其中根据监狱现实需要,充分利用女警资源,发挥女警优势而成立的“女警施教中心”成为宁夏监狱系统教育改造工作一道亮丽的风景。“女警施教中心”是通过现代化传媒手段对服刑人员实施教育改造的专门机构。目前设置运行的有大墙内外编辑室、心桥热线和电视编播室。
