Africa continued its turmoil in 1992, but its momentum slowed down. The severe drought and the civil war plagued Africa, exacerbating the difficult economic situation in Africa. The political and economic crisis in Africa will not deepen in 1993 and the New Year may bring relief and hope to Africa.
