目的中药外敷治疗妇产科手术切口愈合不良的临床疗效。方法选取吉安市遂川县妇幼保健院妇产科2014年1月—2015年1月收治的手术患者134例,随机将患者分为对照组与试验组,各67例。对照组予以常规治疗和护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上予以中药外敷治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷可提高妇产科手术切口愈合不良患者的切口愈合效率,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the curative effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obstetrical and gynecological incision healing. Methods A total of 134 surgical patients admitted to Suichuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ji’an from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing. Patients in the test group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the incision healing efficiency of obstetric and gynecological surgical patients with poor healing and improve the quality of life of patients.
