党的十八大对坚持党的群众路线,进一步加强作风建设提出了一系列新要求、新思路、新举措,新一届中央领导集体出台关于改进工作作风密切联系群众的八项规定,为深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动做出了表率。群众路线是国有企业的政治优势,为了继续发挥这一政治优势,中国石油天然气集团公司党组出台《关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的若干规定》,从六个方面做出20项严格要求,党员干部必须围绕坚持群众路线的总要求和任务目标,用实践磨炼自己、提高自己,培育优良作风,促进企业科学发展。坚持党的群众路线需要通过实际行动来体现。中国石油认真组织开展群众路线活动,对新时期坚持群众路线进行了实践与探索。
The 18th CPC National Congress put forward a series of new requirements, new ideas and new measures to uphold the party’s mass line and further enhance the style of work. The new central leadership has issued eight rules on improving working style and contacting the masses in a deep-going manner. Carrying out the Party’s mass line education practice has set an example. The mass line is the political superiority of state-owned enterprises. To continue to exert this political advantage, the party group of China National Petroleum Corporation issued “Several Provisions on Improving Working Style and Close Contact with the Masses,” making 20 strict demands in six aspects. Cadres must focus on the general requirements and mission objectives of upholding the mass line, hone themselves by practice, improve themselves, cultivate good style and promote the scientific development of enterprises. To uphold the party’s mass line needs to be reflected through concrete actions. PetroChina conscientiously organized and carried out mass line activities and practiced and probed into the masses’ line during the new period.
