本文以家政课为例,探讨汉语国际教育项目中国际化课程的研发与实践。具体讨论了家政课的课程定位、教学内容与教学实践。文章认为,家政课可以系统地培养学生的跨文化适应能力,促进学生对中华文化的体验,同时又兼顾汉语学习目标。家政课有助于管理者应对低龄化、大规模来华留学生带来的挑战。汉语国际教育领域应该尝试开设国际化课程,家政课的建设尚有较大的探索空间。
This article takes the case study of home economics as an example to discuss the development and practice of internationalization courses in Chinese international education programs. Specifically discussed the home economics curriculum orientation, teaching content and teaching practice. The article holds that Home Economics class can systematically cultivate students ’intercultural adaptability and promote students’ experience of Chinese culture while taking into account the goals of Chinese language learning. Home Economics helps managers deal with the challenges posed by younger, larger-scale foreign students coming to China. In the field of Chinese international education, we should try to set up an international curriculum, and there is still much room for exploration in the development of home economics class.
