日前,李斌副省长在吉林省预防非典工作电视电话会议上讲话,强调做好今冬明春预防非典工作。摘要如下:自今年6月13日我省所有非典临床诊断病人和疑似病例出院,全省抗击非典斗争取得阶段性重大胜利之后,我省在认真总结前一阶段防治非典经验教训的基础上,主要做了以下工作:一是保留非典防治工作指挥部,转入常态下的防治工作机制。根据中央的部署和要求,全省各级防治指挥协调机构的工作由应急转入常态,但是机构没有撤销,组成部门仍然在履行职责,同时保证一旦出现大的疫情反复,能够立即转入应急状态,迅速展开各项防治工作。
