本文以统计热力学为理论依据,对水合物蓄冷过程进行理论分析,指出由于Langmuir常数很难计算使得水合物生成条件-分解温度,分解压力的直接推导非常麻烦,为此发展一种计算水合物生成条件的简便方法,得到分解温度和分解压力的理论关系式。在理论分析的基础上,以R152a和R152a/R134a水合物为蓄冷介质,进行实验研究,确定它们的生成条件。此外,通过测量水合物的冷却率,采用非稳态方法计算出R152a水合物的物性参数,为蓄冷系统的理论分析和设计提供参考依据。
In this paper, based on statistical thermodynamics, the theoretical analysis of the process of hydrate storage is carried out. It is very troublesome to directly derive the formation conditions of hydrate - decomposition temperature and decomposition pressure because Langmuir constant is difficult to calculate. Therefore, a new method for calculating hydrate formation Conditions of the simple method to get the decomposition temperature and decomposition pressure of the theoretical relationship. On the basis of theoretical analysis, R152a and R152a / R134a hydrate are used as storage media, and the experimental research is carried out to confirm their production conditions. In addition, physical parameters of R152a hydrate were calculated by non-steady state method by measuring the cooling rate of hydrate, which provided reference for the theoretical analysis and design of the storage system.
