通过对尿碘测定方法标准化工作小组提供的方法框架的验证表明,该方法的线性范围为0~300μg/L,相关系数|r|<0.9990。对碘浓度为55.5,151.7,209.4μg/L的三种尿样,6次重复测定的变异系数均小于6%,样品加标回收实验的平均回收率为98.2%。对尿碘外质控样的测定值与标示量吻合。尿样保存两周内以4℃冷藏为佳。方法在现场应用中,所测尿碘的中位数及频数分步布与该地区供碘情况符合。该方法灵敏、准确、易于操作,稳定性、适用性均满足生物材料分析方法研制准则要求,便于推广。
