企业文化是现代企业管理需要的一种管理思想,是企业的核心,其落脚点集中到“人”这个中心。“人本管理”就是以“人”为中心的管理,把人作为企业最重要的资源和企业管理的核心,充分调动全体员工积极性、创造性,从而实现企业健康发展目标。笔者作为企业人力资源管理部门的一名工作人员,拟对当前企业人本管理现状进行粗略分析,并就强化人本管理的对策措施提出粗浅建议。
Corporate culture is a kind of management thought that modern enterprise management needs. It is the core of enterprise, and its foothold concentrates on the center of “people ”. “Humanistic Management ” is based on “people ” as the center of management, people as the most important resource and business management center, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff, creativity, so as to achieve the goal of healthy development of enterprises. The author, as a staff member of the enterprise human resources management department, intends to make a rough analysis of the current situation of human capital management in the enterprise and gives some superficial suggestions on the measures to strengthen the management of human resources.
