技校教学中,厌学、焦虑、冷漠,诸如此类的情绪问题给孩子的成长与发展罩上阴影,由于职业教育的特殊性与重要性,技校生的“厌学”现象需要引起足够重视,它需要施加人为的驱散力量,促使“厌学”问题的顺利解决,要教育和转化这些学生,消除他们的厌学情绪,必须用真诚的情感,从尊重入手,使他们从消极的状态中解脱出来,激发他们要求上进的动力。如何解决,就我在技校的经验而言,我的观点如下:创造和谐的学习环境,树立现代管理理念,拓展成才空间,对症下药。
