在高功率激光装置的束匀滑元件应用中,如何提高焦斑的能量集中度,是系统的一大关键难题,尤其是对于具有台阶相位突变的二元光学元件.本文最近的研究表明,通过抑制高衍射级次的能量损失,多台阶相位板既能提供很好的均匀焦斑,又能集中绝大部分能量于其中.后续的理论分析和实验测试论证了此改进方案,由此获得超过90%能量利用率的匀滑焦斑不再是大口径(>100mm)多台阶衍射光学元件无法逾越的障碍.
How to improve the energy concentration of the focal spot in the application of beam smoothing elements in high-power laser devices is a key issue of the system, especially for the binary optical elements with step-like phase mutations.The recent studies in this paper show that the Suppressing the energy loss at high diffraction order, the multi-step phase plate can not only provide a good uniform focal spot, but also concentrate most of the energy in it.Further theoretical analysis and experimental tests demonstrate that this improved scheme, Smoothing the focal spot with 90% energy utilization is no longer an insurmountable obstacle for large aperture (> 100mm) multi-step diffractive optics.
