本文介绍某大型国企利用UFO报表制作费用分配凭证的做法。用用友财务软件提供了自定义比例转账以及费用摊销和分配等功能,而费用摊销和分配强调分配的规律性,而操作的灵活性不足。该国企的费用分配是比较复杂的并具有某些特殊性,因此我们大量使用了从UFO报表中提数来完成自定义转账,进行费用分配生成费用分配凭证功能。本文就从这个方面加以归纳总结。
This article describes a large state-owned enterprises make use of UFO report cost allocation voucher practice. With UF financial software to provide custom proportional transfer and the cost of amortization and distribution functions, while the cost of amortization and distribution emphasize the distribution of regularity, and the lack of flexibility in operation. The cost allocation of the state-owned enterprises is more complex and has some particularities. Therefore, we make extensive use of the number of UFO statements to complete the custom transfer, the cost allocation to generate expense allocation voucher function.
