我院《机电产品生产管理与营销》课程改革顺利完成,实行基于工作过程的教学模式,把教学和工作过程结合在一起,建立教、学、做合一的学习情境,与原来的教学内容、教学方法、教学状态、考评方法与能力培养等方面进行对比分析可知,目前的改革成果使学生在完成工作任务过程中学会了机电企业生产管理、机电产品营销的相关知识和技能,提高了自身的岗位扩展能力,更适合社会对人才的需求,符合高职教育培养目标的要求。
