肺结核患者在治疗期间,逐渐合并脊髓损害少见报道。Alison 于1980年报告一例,国内尚未见报告,笔者近期遇到一例,报告于下。男性,71岁,农民。1929年10月确诊为肺结核,始用异烟肼每日300mg,利福平450mg,链霉素1g,间断用药。于1983年9月感到腹部及双侧腹股沟部痛,伴双下肢进行性无力及麻木,行走易跌倒,大小便正常。曾于某院以“脊髓结核”治疗无效,病情逐渐加重,同年11月来我院门诊。
Tuberculosis patients with progressive spinal cord injury during treatment rarely reported. Alison reported a case in 1980, the country has not yet seen the report, the author recently encountered a case, the report below. Male, 71 years old, farmer. October 1929 was diagnosed as tuberculosis, beginning with isoniazid 300mg daily, rifampicin 450mg, streptomycin 1g, intermittent medication. In September 1983 felt abdominal and bilateral groin pain, accompanied by weakness and numbness of both lower extremities, walking easily fall, normal urine. Once in a hospital to “spinal tuberculosis” treatment is invalid, the condition gradually aggravated, in November the same year our hospital.
