作简谐运动的对心从动杆凸轮槽由圆弧槽和非圆曲线槽组成,生产中,其数控加工程序一般借助CAM软件编程。当几何特征变化时,需重新建模、后置处理和调试程序,比较麻烦。推导刀具切削凸轮槽的中间及内、外壁时的刀心轨迹函数,基于凸轮槽几何尺寸和切削变量,利用极坐标功能编写切槽宏程序,实现凸轮尺寸、刀具规格、切深、层切次数、切削步距和进给速度参数化,当参数赋值错误时能发出报警信息。程序扩展了数控系统功能,方便加工凸轮的工厂使用。
