党的十一届三中全会以来,自治区民族教育事业,取得了巨大成就。这十年,是开辟民族教育发展新阶段的十年,是全区民族教育面貌发生了深刻变化的十年。民族教育的主要成就(一)初步形成了各类教育配套的民族教育体系。从民族幼儿教育来看:目前全区已有少数民族幼儿园99所,在园少数民族幼儿19230名。与十年前相比,增加近4倍。从民族小学教育来看:由于调整了小学布局,与十年前相比,小学减少了1188所,但在校少数民族学生达到43.6万人,增加了57252人,增长了15%。其中蒙语文授课生达到24万人,占蒙古族学生的64.8%牧区已有297所小
