通过对美国基金会进行深入的实地考察和广泛的文献检索,对美国基金会的总体发展状况、独特作用进行了总结和描述,分析了美国基金会发展独步全球的关键因素。结合深圳社会组织发展的实际状况,面临的紧迫问题,有针对性地从培育发展基金会、增强基金会的治理能力和专业素质、加强对基金会的监管等方面提出了具体的建议。
Through the in-depth field investigation and extensive literature search of the American Foundation, this paper summarizes and describes the overall development of the American Foundation and its unique role, and analyzes the key factors for the development of the U.S. Foundation. Combined with the actual situation of the development of social organizations in Shenzhen, the pressing problems facing them, put forward concrete suggestions from such aspects as nurturing and developing the foundation, strengthening the governing ability and professional quality of the foundation and strengthening the supervision over the foundation.
