恩施土家族苗族自治州州是全国最年轻的少数民族自治州。加快自治州建设,是中央领导和湖北省委、省政府的要求,也是恩施州近400万各族人民的热切期盼。本文提出采取5条措施,把恩施建设成为“政治稳定、经济发达、文化繁荣、社会和谐、生态良好”的自治州,跨入全国30个少数民族自治州的先进行业。
Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is the youngest minority autonomous prefecture in the country. To speed up the construction of an autonomous prefecture is the request of the central leadership and the Hubei provincial party committee and government. It is also the earnest hope of nearly 4 million people of all ethnic groups in Enshi Prefecture. This article proposes to adopt 5 measures to establish Enshi as an autonomous prefecture with “political stability, developed economy, prosperous culture, harmonious society and good ecology”, and advanced into the advanced industries of 30 ethnic minority autonomous prefectures across the country.
