目的通过检测缓激肽受体B1(bradykinin receptor B1,BDKRB1)在宫颈鳞状上皮病变组织中的表达,探讨其在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测10例宫颈炎、10例宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithe-lial neoplasia,CIN)Ⅰ级、10例CINⅡ~Ⅲ级及30例宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌(cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CSCC)组织中BDKRB1mRNA表达。结果BDKRB1表达随宫颈上皮病变级别的升高而升高;在CSCC组织中的表达与年龄、临床分期、浸润深度、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移、病理分级等临床病理参数相关;COX回归分析显示年龄、淋巴结转移伴脉管浸润、BDKRB1表达均为影响CSCC患者预后的独立因素。结沦BDKRB1在CSCC的发生、发展过程中起重要作用并与CSCC病人的不良预后相关,有望成为宫颈癌基因治疗的新靶点。
Objective To detect the expression of bradykinin receptor B1 (BDKRB1) in cervical squamous cell carcinogenesis and to explore the role of bradykinin receptor B1 in the development and progression of cervical carcinoma. Methods 10 cases of cervicitis, 10 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅰ, 10 cases of CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and 30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were detected by RT-PCR. carcinoma, CSCC) tissues. Results The expression of BDKRB1 increased with the increase of the grade of cervical epithelium. The expression of BDKRB1 in CSCC was correlated with clinical pathological parameters such as age, clinical stage, depth of invasion, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis and pathological grading. COX regression analysis showed that age , Lymph node metastasis with vascular invasion, BDKRB1 expression are independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with CSCC. Conclusion BDKRB1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of CSCC and is associated with adverse prognosis of patients with CSCC and may be a new target of gene therapy for cervical cancer.
