目的探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法对26例晚期乳腺癌患者应用吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗。结果 26例患者作近期疗效分析,治疗有效率46.1%,不良反应主要表现为骨髓抑制和消化道反应,经过对症治疗均可控制,无治疗相关性死亡。结论吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌患者是安全的、有效的。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods 26 cases of advanced breast cancer patients treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin. Results Twenty-six patients were treated with short-term curative effect. The effective rate of treatment was 46.1%. Adverse reactions mainly manifested as myelosuppression and digestive tract reaction. After symptomatic treatment were controlled, no treatment-related death occurred. Conclusion Gemcitabine plus cisplatin is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer.
