当读者拿到第七期《小演奏家》的时候,伴随着文化部最新颁布的《社会艺术水平考级管理办法》的出台,以及全国范围暑期考级的即将开始,考级这个话题必将再度成为一个热门的话题。再此,我们摘发了上海小提琴教师学会前不久(在文化部的管理规则出台之前)就考级的话题.组织的一次座谈会上一些业内人士的讨论摘要。希望能够引起各地的相关人士积极的思考,为了孩子,为了社会考级的健康发展献计献策。
