最近,二重集团装备部主持召开各分厂、公司主管设备领导、设备科长和 企业发展办公室、财务部等有关负责人参加的工作座谈会.会议一致认为,实行内部修理合同制很有必要.修理合同指承揽方用自己的设备、技术和劳力,根据定作方提出的要求,修复损坏或发生故障的机械、设备或者其他资产,定作方接受修理成果,并向承揽方支付约定的报酬,明确相互之间权利义务关系的协议.实行修理合同制是加强固定资产使用部门和修理部门双方责任,改善和提高设备技术状态,推动企业设备管理工作的法律形式、有效措施和重要手段.
