1945-1946年间,桂林市县在敌灾、水灾、虫灾、旱灾、疫灾等多种因素影响下诱发了严重的劫后灾荒,广西分署组织各种力量参与灾荒赈济活动。本文以纪实的方式分别叙述1945年至1946年劫后灾荒产生的原因,以及桂林市和灵川县、兴安县、全县等县的灾荒概况与善后救济工作情况。并对其善后救济工作进行总体评价,以及灾荒对桂林社会所产生的危害和影响。
During 1945-1946, Guilin city and county caused severe catastrophic catastrophes under the influence of many factors such as enemy disasters, floods, pests, droughts and epidemics. Guangxi Branch organized various forces to participate in disaster relief activities. This paper narrates the causes of the famine after 1944-1946 in a record-breaking manner, as well as the general situation of disaster and the relief work after rehabilitation in Guilin, Lingchuan County, Xing’an County and other counties. And make an overall appraisal of its remedial work and the harms and impacts of famine on Guilin society.
