轻微脑功障碍(Minimal brain dysfuncfion简称MBD)。本病系指小儿智能接近或完全正常,但自我控制能力不足,注意力涣散,有不同程度的学习、行为和性格方面的异常。据国外报导,本病患病率占学龄期儿童的10-20%。这些患儿给家庭、学校、社会带来不安,近年来已引起了各方面的重视,国内的报导渐多。我科自1981年6月至82年10月共观察78例,现总结如下:
Mild brain dysfunction (Minimal brain dysfuncion for short MBD). The disease refers to children’s intelligence close to or completely normal, but lack of self-control, distracted, there are varying degrees of learning, behavior and personality disorders. According to foreign reports, the prevalence of this disease accounted for 10-20% of school-age children. These children have brought uneasiness to families, schools and society. In recent years, they have drawn great attention from all quarters and more and more have been reported in the country.
