本文用较严格的实验方法,研究测定了在中性、还原条件下MnO-TiO2-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO六元渣系的表面粘度和体相粘度值、详细考察了各组成分对炉渣性质的影响。实验结果表明:无论在中性还是在还原条件下,渣中MnO含量增加、减度(CaO/SiO2)提高,可使炉渣的表面粘度、体相粘度降低。在中性条件下,渣中TiO2含量的增加,可使炉渣的表面粘度、体相粘度降低;但在还原条件下TiO2含量的增加会增加炉渣的体相粘度,而表面粘度却略有下降.其中MnO含量对钛渣性质的影响比较显著。
