患者 ,男性 ,46岁 ,因盗汗 1年 ,颈淋巴结肿大 ,扁桃体 ,舌根溃烂 11个月就诊。 1997年 9月感夜间潮热、盗汗。1998年 5月 ,发现左侧淋巴结肿大如黄豆大 ,不红 ,无痛感 ,未引起重视。 1998年 7月左侧淋巴结肿大如蚕豆 ,穿刺病理检查提示“炎性反应” ,经抗炎治疗无效 ,继续肿大
