我国的非物质文化遗产保护工作,是从20世纪90年代以来,保护民族民间传统文化遗产概念转变而来的。2004年8月,我国加入联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》,拉开了我国保护非物质文化遗产的序幕。2005年3月,国务院办公厅颁布《关于加强我国非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》。确立了“保护为主,抢救第一,合理利用,传承发展”的保护工作指导方针。2006年5月,
