蒸汽喷射泵是以水蒸汽代替普通喷射泵的动力液为原油举升提供能量,并可用来提高井筒内原油的温度。根据热力学原理和井筒举升理论,研究了井底流压和喷射泵喷嘴组合变化时井筒压力、温度和干度的变化规律。研究结果表明,在注入蒸汽干度一定的情况下,油井产液量越高,所需蒸汽量越大;在油井产量相同的情况下,井底流压越高,所需蒸汽量越少;利用同心管注蒸汽比用平行管注蒸汽所需的蒸汽量少。
The steam jet pump uses steam to replace the power of a normal jet pump to provide energy for crude oil lift and to raise the temperature of the crude oil in the wellbore. According to the theory of thermodynamics and the wellbore lifting theory, the variation law of wellbore pressure, temperature and dryness was studied when the bottom hole flow pressure and jet pump nozzle combination changed. The results show that when the dryness of injected steam is constant, the higher the amount of liquid produced, the greater the amount of steam required. Under the same oil well production, the higher the bottom hole flow pressure, the less steam required; Concentric tube steaming requires less steam than parallel tube steaming.
