目的探讨金水宝胶囊对肺肾两虚型COPD大鼠病理及免疫功能的影响。方法采用改良烟熏加气管滴加脂多糖方法复制COPD模型,第22天起大鼠背部皮下注射浓度为25mg/ml的醋酸氢化可的松0.3ml·只·d-1,连续8d,进行二次造模复制成肺肾两虚型COPD。然后随机分为治疗组、模型组,进行对比。结果治疗组大鼠症状较模型组明显改善。结论金水宝胶囊对于COPD大鼠气道功能、结构改善起着非常重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jinshuibao Capsule on the pathological and immune function of COPD rats with deficiency of lung and kidney. Methods The COPD model was replicated by the modified smoking aerosol plus lipopolysaccharide method. On the 22nd day, hydrocortisone acetate 0.3 ml·d-1 was injected subcutaneously into the back of the rats at a concentration of 25 mg/ml for 8 days. The secondary model was duplicated as a lung and kidney deficiency type COPD. Then randomly divided into treatment group and model group to compare. Results The symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the model group. Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule plays an important role in improving airway function and structure of COPD rats.
