The legal aid system, as an important part of the judicial system, is a kind of legal relief led by the government and combined by the government and the society. Its harmonious value is mainly reflected in: guaranteeing human rights; pursuing equality, fairness and justice; and equalizing resources for judicial services. In the context of building a harmonious socialist society, the legal aid system as a legal aid to explore how to demonstrate its value of harmony for the construction of a harmonious socialist society has a unique practical significance.
