近年来尽管在外科技术、抗生素的应用和改变机体免疫状态等方面均有很多进展,但外科感染率仍无明显改善。本文重点复习抗生素预防外科感染。
In recent years, there has been no significant improvement in surgical infection rate, despite many advances in surgical techniques, application of antibiotics and changes in the immune status of the body. This article focuses on antibiotics to prevent surgical infection.
