我又一个三年的班主任工作结束了,当班主任是一项复杂的教育艺术性工作,它塑造人的心灵,雕琢人的感情与性格。它是一个动态的结构系统,千头万绪,任务艰巨。在这三年的工作中,我咀嚼过另类失败的苦涩,也品尝过另类成功的甘甜。一次次心灵的历程让我认识到班主任老师是充实、完美的老师,因为班主任工作使自己的综合能力得到了提高。我深尝了工作的繁杂与艰辛,但我更清楚肩负的责任,心中充满了快乐。
I finished another three years as a class teacher, and the in-class teacher is a complicated educational artistic work, which shapes the human mind and carves the feelings and personality of people. It is a dynamic structural system with a multitude of tasks and arduous tasks.
